2013 Delta, Utah – After some
great conversation with Delta High seniors and before the trip to Fillmore, I
had the chance to go Sha-Boo-Pin. I’m
not sure if that is exactly how you spell it but that’s how it was explained to
me. See when I asked what kids do for
fun in Delta, the surprising answer came in Sha-Boo-Pin…
It seems that basically anytime you feel like it’s the right moment you head to one of several large intersections across town that have a big dip, you set your car in neutral and you simply coast from bank to bank in the intersection. That’s what they call it and that’s what I did. Sha-Boop’ed in Delta, Utah.
