May 24, 2011 -- The U2 360° Tour was amazing. As the highest grossing tour in music history attending this concert was literally historic and as of June 2011, the tour now holds the record for the highest-attended tour of all time with over 7 million tickets sold.
Named after the incredible concert stage the 360° Tour is a visual feast. My wife and I attended the concert held at the Rice-Eccles Stadium of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City with 45,000+ of our closest friends.
The lights, the stage, the music- they were all incredible.
The stage, or the “claw” as is now known, was visibly awe inspiring and extended the band on top of a 360-degree audience.
The cylindrical video screen captured everything and the rotating bridges were awesome.
In all it was the most amazing concert I’ve ever seen and I would die to see it again. Not only is the band incredible but their performance is fantastic!
